How To Return An Item To Us

Returning an item to us is very simple. Our equipment replacement warranty is the best in the industry. We have a two business day processing protocol. We understand that your security and surveillance is top priority. If you experience camera or dvr failures act quickly by calling our 800 line and press option number 4 and speak with a CCTV technician today. If you need an advanced RMA support experience, we can process such a request, only if we the model number and sales reciept of your order. With that information we can send you an RMA number and special access code to take to the nearest UPS store and have your equipment shipped to us ASAP. We charge a small fee of just $80.00. If you are outside of the thirty-day return or three warranty policy, we can process this request for $199.00. This ensures a 48 hour support window.
