March 31, 2012 Analog To IP CCTV Solution
Part of the 2012 year new trends emerge from manufactures. Every few years the closed circuit television market grows with new technology and or improves
upon older methods or parts of surveillance to offer very powerful solutions to flexibility and adaptability. This year our team witnessed the number of
exhibitors that were pushing analog to ip video solutions. Analog is of course standard signal or better said traditional
way of transmitting video. In the last 7 years this has been the way most have setup their surveillance systems. In between the last seven years, wireless,
video servers and ip solutions showed up. Due to a variety of reasons, wireless has proven still too expensive and not consistent. IP cameras and video

The very law of capitalism is the ability to compete and the vast amount of goods and services available to consumers. You can measure the strength of an economy by the amount of entrepreneurs and businesses that take a risk on their capital to provide such prices and work with consumers to deliver the right prices and the low prices. November 19, 2011 Differences In Real SONY Chipsets & Chinese OEM Chipsets
Today, I came across a topic, that I don't know if anyone is really out there trying to talk about. However, what are the differences in prices in cctv cameras across the Internet? Above is a small diagram
(smallest one I could fit) that shows the visual difference betweeen an OEM version of SONY's chipset. The main difference is in the gapping in bewtween the pins of the ccd sensor on the main motherboard. Also
you'll notice the marking on the digital signal processor. An OEM or imitation chipset has just serial number marked on it. The truth is OEM version of SONY chipsets is they are neck-and-neck! The quality is
hard to tell. In cctv cameras that have less than 480TV line specification, OEM imitation chipsets might have a little graniy image, but other than that they will do just fine for any CCTV application.

October 29, 2011 What Is Wide Dynamic Range Technology
So what is WDR? What does it do and what cameras have it? All security cameras have several built-in features that act as sensors that work to constantly improve
upon tough environment conditions. Wide dynamic range is one of those features. As the photo illustrates above, wide dynamic range, allows images to display with
more luster and brightness from poor lighting conditions. The camera adds the necessary color and works better than traditional BLC sensor also known as backlight
compensation. We have bullet cameras and dome cameras that have wide dynamic range technology built in; use our search engine and locate the camera and style you
need for your application. Last, we suggest using WDR cameras in areas where glass doors and windows will be the primary target for feild-of-view. During the day
when the sunlight drops, these cameras will adjust the video shot necessary to continue to produce high quality video.
